Warm Up

Make sure you are warmed up to prevent injury and to skate to your maximum abilities.

Off Ice Warm-Up

Take 20-30 minutes before skating session to warm up. Ask your coach for specific stretches you should perform or use our list below. Remember to drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.

 

Warm-Up Dynamic Stretches

Do each stretch 10-15 times. Rest 30 sec – 1 minute between each stretch.

 

 

On Ice Warm-Up
